I am looking for a skilled App developer that could build my app on iOS, Android and Win8 environment. The app will require GeoLocation services and rely on a cloud based server architecture that will need to be designed, built and tested for performances.
If you have development experience with app with server build architecture please send your proposal with some background on your experience and some examples.
