An Overview of the Business and Objectives

Ours is a 24 hr Dry Cleaning Collection and delivery service that will initially be operating within a three mile radius of Canary Wharf with plans of expansion.
We want to deliver a mobile application for Apple iOS and Android devices to be released in beta as soon as possible. The application will support booking, payment, delivery, collection and tracking of customers dry cleaning goods.
The aim of this business application is to give our customers consistent access to their dry cleaning, the ability to manage their dry cleaning spending and accounts and to eliminate the time and energy spent on the logistics of this service.
Through deployment of the mobile app we want to increase revenue streams for the business, reduce operational costs, broaden access via to social network integration advertisement and extend the brand.

Essential features of Mobile Application

It is important that the app be well polished and light as possible.
A wireframe mock up for the overall function of the application has been made to aid project development that will be discussed further with appropriate developers. Essential features of the beta application include:
1. Email contact for bugs to be reported
2. Map integration customer location, pick up and collection service
3. Local dry cleaning vendors in area
4. Price listing and dry cleaning servicing integration
5. Email/text/in-app message alert for vendors and customers.
6. Payment collection
7. Account creation and management
8. Receipt generation and exportation

Supplier Requirements

We are looking for individual coders, UI design engineers data base managers to take part in this project as well as overall development houses who can cover all aspects of design and engineering.
1. Must have track history of successful applications in the app store
2. References available for discussion
3. Payment structure: Are willing to receive deposit with full pay pending project approval
4. Willing to do work strictly as ‘for hire’. We are happy to negotiate on generic code share
5. Experience with social network integration
6. Previous track record of collection/ delivery applications is a bonus eg. taxi applications

​The successful proposal will include track record of success, a quick response is preferable. Ideal project delivery would be three weeks after agreement has been made.
