Inventory Programme (Multiple Users)

As a marketing team we have a range of exhibition equipment that can be borrowed by other departments. Its becoming a bit of an issue logistically as we do on average 50 shows a year!

I would like a small programme (that can be shared between a handful of users), which allows a user to book equipment out, highlight any potential clashes (when booking), generates a contract for signing, and sends an email to my administrator on the day when she needs to send the kit out, and also a return checklist (which could be on the computer rather than printed) so she can check the quality on return.

In an ideal world, I would love to use QR/barcode for checking in/out the stock.

I would also like it to have a seperate section on the calendar part of the programme that also records attendees of shows (as there is a difference between exhibitors and attendees).
