Introduction to OpenERP and ongoing support

Looking for someone to give us a Q&A session on a live OpenERP installation (can use ours or theirs) as part of a webinar type meeting with me and the directors. You should have good knowledge of OpenERP and using it in a day to day environment not just technical knowledge as we will be asking questions about processes, how to raise PO's, invoices, create contracts and also very important will be recurring billing as we are an IT services company. Following this introduction we will need help developing OpenERP to suit our needs and require ongoing support. Also interested in using it for expenses, time sheets and holiday entitlement.
