Internal Communications Audit

Create survey questionnaire to run an audit on internal communications - including gathering opinions on printed material, intranet and flow of information via management etc. What do staff want? How do they want to be communicated with? Suggestions/ideas. Collate the results of the survey and report on the findings. Around 450 staff will be surveyed initially.
I'm looking for somone with good experience of running such audits who has the capability to properly analyse the findings and make suggestions for improvements/changes going forward. I need to quote for the job no later than 27/01/12 so a quick response would be appreciated.
