Interior Design Concept Sketch for Tea Shop

Design details: I am looking to get a design concept sketch for a tea shop. I haven't identified a particular location so the size I am working on is circa 1500sqft in a rectangular shape with fully windowed front.

I would like a contemporary Art Deco feel to the tea shop, that should have a counter/bar area much the same size as you might find in Starbucks or Costa (with a food display cabinet, till area, drinks preparation area, menu boards above the bar). The seating area should have a mix of tables for 1, 2, and 4 people.

I would like included in the sketch a number of people shown ordering drinks, sitting in groups and individuals working at laptops (all with cups of tea and glass teapots).

I will provide you with my logo and colour palette. I'm looking for a smart but unimposing interior.

I require the image in a high resolution jpeg (and would prefer to have it in bmp as well but this is not essential).

A note on the budget: I am cost sensitive and I am looking to keep my costs down. However I have no idea of the going rate in this market and would be happy to receive feedback on my budget if you think I'm way out.

Extra notes: I have attached two sample photos. The first is quite a good representation of what I like, but preferably a little more modern. The second photo is of a bar on a cruise ship. Obviously the layout is wrong for a tea shop/cafe but the general smart feel, particularly the ceiling, lighting and furniture, are exactly right.
