Interactive web site for a non-profitable association

Hi, we’re are looking for a web site builder for a non-profitable association call ALAVIN Quebec. Stand for: Association for Free Access to wine in Quebec. Was recently created to educate/inform policy-makers, stakeholders, media and the general public about the benefits of a partial liberalization of wine market in Quebec province of Canada. Such as: Access to a wider variety of wines; Better prices; Access to higher quality, healthier wine.

You have to know that in Canada, since prohibition time in the 1920s, the commerce of alcohol, including wine, is control by provincial monopoles. Most Canadiens got use to that fact and are unaware of the negative consequences. The web site we need should help to rectify that!

We are base in Quebec, Canada. We mainly communicate with governments, corporate and the general public in Quebec and the rest of Canada. Our association will also interest all wine producers in France, Italy, Australia, USA, etc.

Further requirements
We are looking for something unique, sleek, trendy and modern corporate that stands out, is simple and professional. It should be able to transport elegance plus innovation and integrity. Quality and high standard is part of our brand strategy and should be reflected in this new web site.

This web site need to be built in 2 stages. First stage imperatively need to be finish by next 14th march, 2 weeks from now. Than the rest of the web site requite to be finish by the 2nd of April.

Objectives for the first stage is to entice the viewer, convey confidence, action, should inspire our target market to invest with us in a freedom of choice, like the rest of the world. Ultimately, this web site should motivate corporate as well as individuals to donate with confidence.

First stage will includ:

- in French language
- Multi currency donation facility with PayPal - convey for different type of donations
- Need a way to oblige each visitor to give us their e-mail address so we can keep them inform on the progress of our cause.
- need facilities for surveys and for an online petition
- We want something minimalist, simple and effective, similar to apple.com web site.
- Pages: home page (interactive gallery) - About us - NEWS - FAQS - donate - events - Links
- We need a structure that we can easily update.
- database of good wine and bad wine
- Facebook and Twitter facilities
- We need someone that can communicate. This is a team work and we want to know about the progress everyday.
- You must be on time and keep to tight schedule.

Second stage will includ:

- Bilingual: French and English. Should be able to get to the right language base on there IP address and from a drop-down menu.
- Need a live online support system compatible with Apple Mac’s browsers.
