Interactive Man on Webpage - Clickable Body Parts - HTML/CSS/Javascript/JQuery

I'm looking for a confident develeloper designer to create an interactive HTML/CSS/Javascript/JQuery page that is both attractive (visually appealing) and functional.

The page will consist of a man (to be designed by chosen person)

When you click on certain body parts the text below or to the right depending on design will change.

Needs to be as interactive as possible, hover over, colour changes zooms in etc. Needs to be appealing to the user coming to the site.

Parts of Body are:
Neck
Back
Shoulder
Pelvis Hips
Arms (elbows, wrist, hand, fingers)
Legs (knee, ankle, achillies tendon, foot, toe)
