Interactive Image on home page with back end ability to change images

An image 600 x 250 px or there abouts with an interactive ability to look at the next picture using the mouse arrow and then click to see - a lot like on "Don't Stay In" this is to go above the left hand column on our home page in with its own transparent border which is a theme used across our site. (see attached image). The ability to change these pictures will need to be done through the back office and therefore the ability to do this in the back office needs to be put in. There is plenty of fader and banner parts in the back office that aren't being used that this could be tied into if the professional finds it appropriate.
