Interactive Google Map API needs to be developed

Hello PPHers,

I am building a website using wordpress. I will need a Google API to be developed which can rearrange itself based on user's location. It will also have to mark up different types of business registered with us, using different mark up pins. Also upon clicking on this pins, a small quick view box should be popped up to show little more information.

If the location tracing is disable in user's browser, user will be given an option to select the city & distance withing which the business search will be conducted.

I am keeping the budget flexible here so do mention your idea in proposal and we will discuss budget based on the features you are offering to me.
