Intelligent use of Data Mining & Aggregation techniques to improve area based searching for businesses in our database

We require someone who has experience working with databases and data mining with api services to help improve area searching in our London database.

We require an improvement of the database and the techniques used for area search so that we are able to facilitate accurate area searches which display specific businesses from our database which are located in that area. f.e searching for kensignton, should display the relevant businesses in our database that are located in Kensington.

We have created our own solution but are now looking to improve on to provide more accurate searching.

Ideally someone who has worked in this area before would be perfect.
Further work would be available upon satisfactory completion of the project.

Our company also has an interest in intelligent systems, machine learning and A.I. If you are experienced in these areas then we would also like to discuss some other potential work for you.
