Integrate woocommerce exisiting website

I would like to convert this theme: http://demo.themecredible.com/hypergrid/ ito an e-commerce platform, preferably integrating woocomerce.

The project not only includes integrating woocommerce but also having a specific lay-out. Details of products and ADD TO cart will showcase on a lightbox (not on seperate page). The price is an esimate, however I am looking for quality developers.
