Integrate Vendor API in web portal

I am looking for someone that can integrate a vendor API into my existing website. The vendor is incapsula (you will need a trial account to view there API docs here https://my.incapsula.com/api/docs/v1/sites ) - my basic requirements would be to have pretty much all the functionality that is available on this page (created accounts, viewing reports etc). We have had a developer begin the work but due to other commitments and timescales they are unable to progress

Most if not all of the Incapsula integration work is complete and enclosed in php classes to manage this interaction, as well as basic authentication and session support.

We require A php developer experienced with object oriented php, and with templating (twig, smarty, etc... Though the existing code base is using twig) is needed to finalize the layout of a web application that incorporates the returned data from web service calls.

a site template has been selected to use and is incorporated on existing pages but this integration needs to be made cleaner and more polished.

Additionally, operational and load testing needs to be completed on all the pages/views of the web application, as well as any assistance with final deployment.
