Install Synology NAS server

I have purchased a Synology DS213+ linkstation to use as a backup in my home office. I am having a bit of difficulty in setting it up and would like to pay for soemone to help.

I need it set up to back up a laptop and a Mac as well as being able to use it as a DNLA home server for videos and music I will upload.

I just need the basics setup, I will do the uploading of media files etc myself.

I also need to reset my Mac back to factory settings after I have taken a backup of the files (so if you are familiar with Mac OS that would be good).

I am based in Brockley, south east London. Ideally I would like a home visit but the job could possibly be done remotely.
