Insert products into brand-new CS-Cart store

I am a reseller that has permission to use graphics, documents, and content from the manufacturer's websites that I represent.

I will provide a list of part numbers for each manufacturer. You will go to the search page of each site and lookup each product's page. I want my product to look as similar to the manufacturer's site. Any links to documents should keep pointing to the manufacturer's website, but part numbers should hyperlink to products on my store where they can be added to the basket.

The website is a new CS-Cart installation with 0 products. You will login as each vendor and insert new products into the categories that you are assigned. Please let me know what features I need to enable or create in CS-Cart to make this look right.
