Inputting excel data and converting it into graphs

Description: In the master data sheet there are three tab; banqueting, conference and trade ex. In each tab are a number of web page addresses. This information is taken from the already exported data from google analytics. I need the unique visitors data moved to the master data sheet spreadsheet so, for each web address, I can look at how it is performing each month versus the year on year month as well. I then need the data to become graphs for each web page. I also need one graph comparing /conference /banqueting and /trade-exhibitions and finally each graph to be put into a powerpoint presentation. Please note I'm not sure the current lay out attached is the best way of the data being provided to achieve getting the graphs so feel free to amend if you like.
