InnoDB database files have become corrupted, need fixing

Recently my database got corrupted. It turns out that all my ISAM tables are fine, but my INNODB ones are corrupt.

Im running WIndows Server 2008 using Plesk (v9.0.3). MySQL Repair command cannot fix the tables. I can see the tables in PhpMyAdmin, but cannot open them or see the contents.

I have the ib_logfile_0, ib_logfile_1, and the ibdata files all fine.

I have ran Stellar Phoenix Repair and it can see all the data, but the licensed version wont run on the server because of the setup (going through Plesk), so this is not an option.

I need this fixed asap. This will be very time dependant and payment only on completion of restoring the tables.
