Infopath form specialist needed

We use infopath to create our building review form each month. We create the template and then each month open the saved cope and add to it. We do not have sharepoint. We want to be able to use a tablet and so need to be able to take a copy of the infopath form on to the tablet, work on it and save it with the same file name/path so that the form will open on our desk PC's connected to the server.
