Infographic: Midsize Marketing Maturity Model

We are looking to put together an infographic showing what we believe to be the necessary elements of marketing at various stages of a midsize business' maturity. The uploaded example is a wireframe to show the elements and when they should be adopted. It is NOT an example of how I want the information shown. I want a very creative execution, taking the information and creating a very intuitive and conceptual infographic. Candidates must have examples of infographics in their portfolios to be considered.
