We need an A4 sized PDF'able, webpage'able and embed in a marketing email'able, high quality infographic to demonstrate the benefits of our online invoicing software versus the old fashioned way of invoicing, The infographic needs to be very high quality, clear, fun, match our branding (www.invoicestudio.com) be simple, be able to instantly convey the message. The main message is that our software 1) Saves you LOTS of time 2) Keeps you in control of your business 3) Is so simple. It will be used for our marketing to persuade users to sign up and try our online software by showing them how much time they will save and the simplicity.
Guidelines for the steps to demonstrate are.

New Way
1. Work comes in.
2. Login, quickly create quote, click send takes 2mins
3. Quote arrives at clients.
4. You are notified by email that they have viewed it and the viewed status is also recorded in your account.
5. Client clicks "Accept Quote", and you are notified by email
6. You complete the job for the customer.
7. Click "Convert Quote to Invoice" and then click send.
8. You are notified by email that they have viewed it and it is also recorded in your account.
9. Your client clicks Pay Now to Pay you via credit card or PayPal. Your invoice is automatically updated to Paid and you get an email informing you of the payment.
10. 3 simple bar charts show you what you have invoiced, what you have received and what is outstanding.
11. Invoice Studio keeps track of all your invoices. You can view your data via lots of different handy reports
Old Way
1. Work comes in
2. You create a Quote in word or excel and
1. manually email to your client 5mins or
2. Print and Post to Client...go off on optional loop
1. Print
2. Place in Envelope and add costly stamps
3. Walk to postbox
4. Walk back from postbox
5. Days pass

4. You wonder if they have seen it yet? You have to chase client
