Infograph Design page for Contract front cover

Want a info-graphic designing up which is a step to step guide for what our company are offering and how it works. Our company is called NPC (National Parking Control) and we need a big, bold simple front page for our contract to be sent out to our customers.

We are thinking eye catching and professional and easy to read. Along with this info-graph we would like text which elaborates on the step by step guide, scattered around the page along with the logo and title.
