Infograhic / Hassle Map

Hello, I am not sure what the description is for this type of work but we currently have a Project that is implementing a new telephone system and we are trying to create hassle maps showing how the new system will be an improvement on the current installation.

we have had a very poor attempt at various diagrams showing the CURRENT experience of

1) Leaving a voicemail
2) Retreiving a voicemail
3) Calling a colleague

and then we show how we have improved it.

To be honest we are crap, we know what we want but we are not designers/artists.

Also, we want to take whatever theme is used for the hasslemap / infographic we wish to use for small fold away user guides (see attached, I also have more) these will contain things like short codes for dailing, how to use voicemail, delete it etc.

In Summary

10 x infographic / hassle maps
2 x double sided roughly 15 X 40cm (16 info panels each side) user guides

They need to be exciting as they can be but not over the top as our users don't do exciting very well! Corporate is good, funky is ok, Wacky is bad!!!!!!
