Inbound Telesales

We are looking for someone to join us as a virtual telesales agent, taking inbound phone calls and responding to customer quote requests via e-mail and our CRM system.

We are looking for two people, one to cover most of the weekdays for us and one to cover weekends. You must be available everyday (on the days you select) between 11am and 7pm to answer calls and e-mails.

You must understand the sales process and have a very bubbly personality as the service we provide is of a unique and fun nature (nothing dodgy - don't worry!) a great sense of humour and an ability to spot an up-sell is a must!

You will be paid up to £9.00 per hour, plus a bonus of £5 per sale you make.The hourly rate will be paid on a per minute basis, based on the duration of each call/e-mail.

You may also be tasked with making outbound calls for which you will be supplied with details of our VOIP service which you will use to process outbound calls.
