Improve website sales into Spain

We have a Spanish website it has good quality traffic and compared to our other sites would expect it to be selling at leat 2 products per day. It sells one per week!
How can we improve the conversion rate, what are we doing wrong to deter people from purchasing.
We would like a review and practical advice on how to improve slaes. this is a very niche market and people are searching for an answer!
