Import address and contact data from different websites into a CRM-system

I provide links to different organisations or associations and you have to transfer (entry) the full data of the members into our CRM system (which is bitrixsoft.com).

Total number of companies to entry their data is approx. 500.
Job has to be don asap, the lastest by Monday 21st October 2013, 09.00 am CEST (Central European Summer Time).

I have prepared a guideline for the CRM as it is in german; nevertheless it should be possible to to the job without german language skills.
