Implementing Office 365 and developing Sharepoint to assit with property management.

Description: We own and manage a large portfolio of residential properties. We are looking at using Office 365 to cover the usual Office applications and also to develop applications using Sharepoint to assist with property management and other tasks and workflow. This is likely to be an ongoing project with additional functionality added as we progress. I know nothing about Sharepoint but have been told that its potential applications are very wide ranging and can cover our needs.
