Implementing a design onto CS Cart

I am looking for someone with CS Cart experience to implement a design I have (psd's). Either to be implemented on CS Cart 3 or CS Cart 4. I have the designs for the homepage, category page, results page, cart, checkout etc.

I am ONLY looking for someone who has experience with CS Cart, knows how to work with hooks, add-ons etc.
