Implement my parallel website into Wordpress and code for Seo and Responsiveness

Hello PPHers,

This project consists of three steps.

First, I need my one page parallel website converted into Wordpress. I already have Wordpress set up on my server. I need you to implement this into Wordpress while keeping all visuals and functionality of my website in tact. The website can be viewed at www.clockwerkdesigns.com/projects/index.html I need it coded so that when I enter a new blog post in Wordpress, the title and date of the post will be reflected in my "Log Book" section of my webpage and linked to the specific post added.

Secondly, I need my website completely responsive and coded to look beautiful in absolutely every device and screen resolution. I have started this step, already but do not have the time to finish it. Right now it is not looking so great on mobile devices.

Lastly, I need this set up and coded to be completely SEO friendly.

If you are a pro in Wordpress and an equally talented UI designer as well as an awesome developer please send me a proposal. Please do not send me templates or parallel wordpress themes that you can make it look like. I need it to look exactly as I have it now. All visuals must look better or remain the same, but be completely responsive. Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you!
