Implement Dropzone.js into my website

Description of requirements/features: I would like to implement Dropzone.js (http://www.dropzonejs.com/) into my website.

The file system on my site works by storing the file on Amazon S3 under a hashed filename, and storing the hashed filename as well as the files original name in a database table.


The following is required:

- Add the dropzone.js form onto a single page of my site
- Upload files which include registering the file in my database and storing it on Amazon S3
- Only allow certain files to be uploaded (Office files and PDFs)
- Only allow files up to 10mb to be uploaded
- Automatically show files registered against the project (via MySQL and Amazon S3)
- The ability to delete files (only delete from the database)
- Show relevant error messages if user tries to do something they shouldn't e.g. upload a 30mb file

I will talk the successful bidder through the site before work commences and support as much as possible.
