Implement a web site

I will be advised but at this stage my vision is very clear for this site. it is my own personal site and the person i choose to use will also be responsible for getting it live and giving a one hour training to my staff on how to make basic updates. We are a relatively small agency with a one man web operation. Unfortunately we are without their services for a while and have a deadline of 12 days to achieve this site. Full copy and psd files will be provided, some clean up will be required on some of the images. It will need to be fully CMS built so we can get in and adjust as we need.

The winning team will be allowed to use the web design section to promote their own work ( white label obviously) and when you consider the clients that i have I can guarantee that the first foot in the door for you will be plentiful.

My current web person is unable and we do not have a timeline on their return so this is an opportunity for the winning bid to develop a good relationship with me and my team for further projects.

I am providing some quick screen shots of the psd's that are going to made available. A dropbox of some sort will need to be provided with the proposal. As all the concept, copy, layouts and photography has been done already I have been told that it will take a good web designer two days to implement this vision accurately.

I am not willing to spend alot of money for this site as I will be handing a bigger opportunity to them than just one site. This is said all the time but this is a service that i have no intention of employing another web designer as most of my work is conceptual for some very large companies.
