Impactful, Creative copywriting for Website, Ebay, Amazon & Marketing literature

I own a company that makes natural & organic hair products and i want someone to write creative copy for my Website, Ebay/Amazon shops & Marketing literature that really jumps out and makes customers want to buy.
I am preferably looking for someone who has done copy writing for the hair or beauty industry and knows how to get peoples attention.
