Images and descriptions uploaded to websites

Hi,
I have started creating my website but it is taking me too long to get everything done I need it finished ASAP. The website is a site for selling shoes which are listed in different categories e.g ladies, mens, childrens and then also under individual lines. Essentially what I need doing is images uploaded for each of the shoes which I will be listed on my website and also descriptions for each, uploaded as well. I have written the descriptions and these are saved in a document which I could send to you. I also have all of the images saved into separate documents which I would also send to you. I have started uploading some of the images but I am having issues with how some of the look when I try and upload them.
I really do need this sorting as quickly as possible so would appreciate you letting me know if this is something you could do. Wordpress and woocommerce etc are already uploaded to the site.
