Image resize and display along with borders (php gd library)

i need an experienced php developer to do this. this system uses gd library codes. i dont need much.

a user uploads an image.
the image is re sized in 4 or 5 different sizes and is displayed along with different border effects and box shadow effect.
there's no need to save the image in the server. but users must be able to save the desired image . the image must get saved as it looks, i.e. along with border or box shadow effect and in the desired size.
