Image Enhancement

I have 1200 images provided by a jewellery manufacturer. These images need to be enlarged so they look visually better.

Image quality is paramount, file size cannot be more than 3mb.

eBay states pixels should not be than 1600 long side (minimum 500 pixels). More information on their rules is on the link below:

EXAMPLE:

(if you cannot see the sellers shop name then click on View, Customize, and tick Seller information).

The item is titled ‘Elements 9ct Yellow & White Gold 4 Circle Pendant with Diamond’ @ 287.99. When compared to the Shop ‘Gold and Silver Rings’ you can clearly see my image is smaller.

I basically need a similar size for my images.
