Image editing - photos of fabric turned into vector files

I have photographs of 9 hand block printed fabrics that I sell. I need them turned into vector files, ready for printing onto paper. I will need each to design to be in several different solid colours. I need them given to me as jpegs (and as layered files too) so I can insert them when I need them and up to a size of about 60cms x 60cms. I can supply very high resolution images of each.
