Illustrations for a children's book

hi, i need illustrations done for a kids book, its about a boy sailor and his adventures both on top and under the sea.. the book is likely to be about 20-25 pages.. this project wont be high budget as ts more of a learning process of how to get a book published, however the future plan is to produce another 10 books after and we would be looking to use the same illustrator..
we will also require the psd. files so that we can use the images for promotional images..
