Ideas & strategy to create awareness of iNeed

We are looking to pilot iNeed (www.ineed.co.uk) in the Milton Keynes area of the UK.

We're looking for someone with great marketing ideas and ideally execution ability to help us rapidly create awareness of iNeed.

We have very limited budget so this is about coming up with low cost ideas (total budget £1000 or so) that can be done within budget and aren't illegal or too challenging too implement.

I see us paying for your time to:

come up with and document some initiatives that will allow us to grow awareness quickly

help us implement the plans once we have them finalised

In order to help us choose the right people to work with it would be helpful if you could summarise a few of your ideas here in a private message to me. Naturally I don't expect or want you to spend ages thinking about ideas and then writing them up as that is what we'll be paying you to do - however I do need enough from you to show you a) get iNeed and b) have some ideas that are practical and realistic to create awareness.
