Icon generation for website

A website is in production, and another people-per-hour freelancer is working on the layout. I need icon sets made for the site, to place along side the text. I expect no more than 20 icons to be made in total. Examples of icons that will be required (all in the same format, to blend with the existing site) include...
- green environmentally friendly servers
- no manual required
- powerful reporting

There will be slightly bigger icons required for...
- Business
- Education
- Government

But essentially, your job will be to look at the site, and build icons which represent things our service does.

You must be:
- an excellent artist
- be brilliant at drawing icons for website
- able to provide me with an icon example before drawing the rest
- experienced with a great reputation
