I would like my current website re-developed

I have built a website for my business using the template service of wix.com and I would like a developer to replicate this website design and functionality for me.

The reason I need this doing is because recently I have set up a Worldpay account and I need it to be integrated into this new website, in order to take online payments. Wix.com don't currently allow you to do this, plus I really want to come away from wix and have my website independent.

I have all the design/text/images ready to be copied from my current Wix website and simply re-used for the new one. I would also like the website to be SEO'd and I can provide the tags,keywords for this.

The only difference between the websites will be the addition of a shopping cart in the new one and the functionality of taking online payments.

Once the new website is complete I will re-direct the domain name to it so it will completely replace my current one.

As this seems like a fairly simple job, as no designing is needed, I would like it to be completed in up to 5 days. It does not have to be designed exactly like my current website but please see the screen shots attached as an idea.
