I want some one to create me a pattern for a small size T shirt that is reversible

UK only please I want the design to be high end not cheap, the fabric will be a good quality cotton. I want a reversible T'shirt created with an option to put a colour binding on some of the seams I want it to have a small split at the bottom on the sides. I want it to be created for children and want a collar that doesnt pucker and is generous but not too generous. I will want to make several sizes at some stage.
