I want my WordPress header modifying

Please view the attached before and after screenshots.

I would like the following amending:

•Project RSS Feed replaced with social icons (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+ and RSS Feed) you can enter the links as the home page url so I can amend at a later date e.g. www.facebook.com.
•Search Bar removed
•Navigation menu bar moved onto the same level as logo. The bar must be positioned centrally (height). The bar must be capable of being responsive within the header area and respond to screen sizes. The current navigation menu bar has this built in. The navigation bar will be aligned to the right. It will never overlap the logo if more pages are added.
•Navigation bar to have the light grey background, square edges and black text as shown in the attached after photo.
•Addition of full width grey divider bar under the header area which is spaced and aligned in proportion.

The changes will take effect on all website pages.
