I want an interactive pdf made, with word documents attached and a video embedded

I have written a case study and i want to make it interactive for users in terms of clicking headings to navigate within the document, and having all the supporting documents open as attachments, if possible in users outlook if its a sample email - so they are not in the actual document. I also have a video which is approx 7mb that i would like embedded, but the overall size of the document has to be as small as possible.

I have the artwork in illustrator format and will advise the layout and functionality.

start date asap and to be completed in 10days or sooner if possible.

I work for a Local Authority and the end product will be used by teachers in schools and other local authorities.
