I require a wedding directory

I am needing a wedding directory for clients to advertise their companies and for users to use the website as a one stop solution for all their wedding requirements. I would require branding and logo design. The website needs to look professional and have given a website that i like below. I would be the only adminstrator and would post their services for them. The website should function similar to the www.weddingdirectory.co.uk. There should be a registration form for advertisers and once their advert has been posted/approved by myself, they then have the option to update their advert or i can have it so only i can change the adverts and the registration form is for users to save adverts into their account similar to www.rightmove.co.uk. This option is open to whatever works best.
