I require a Custom Graphic for my website ASAP - a thinking Bubble image

I require a custom graphic to go on my client's school website ASAP. The image needs to consist of the following:

2 Hot Air balloons (image attached) each carrying an award ribbon (example: http://www.psdgraphics.com/file/ribbon-rosette.jpg). The left ribbon needs to have the text 7.5 and the right ribbon needs to have the text C1. Both the air balloons and the ribbons need to appear within a cloud bubble

Underneath the cloud bubble needs to be a lady dreaming about her school qualifications (see image attached)

I have attached an original sketch sent to me by the client, please use this as a rough guide. Please feel free to use any image of any ribbons, whichever best you see fit but please use one of the Hot Air Balloons I have attached and the image of the woman thinking.

Please add a little colour (something quite soft)

Please remember Width is a MAXIMUM of 700 pixels. Height can vary

I am looking to award this job very quickly so please submit your proposal ASAP.
