I need work doing on 2 client website (clone one and update the other)

I have two clients that have websites. The first is launching a new division to his company and wants to follow the established corporate design he already has, but update the layout with new text and photography which will all be supplied.
The second is another website (for a commercial property in Coventry) that has one unit available and isnt represented on the current website. Again, all of the text and photography will be supplied.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, both jobs have become urgent time wise so I am only looking for someone who can complete both tasks this week.
The website that needs cloning is www.apcommercial.co.uk and the one that needs updating is www.oakcourt-coventry.co.uk
I am looking to appoint someone today.
