I need Woocommerce modifications for a website project.

I need basic modifications of the Woocommerce plugin to accommodate shipping methods for a flower shop. Flower shops typically deliver to a list of zip codes (10 to 20 zip codes) at a delivery rate that is different for each zip code. If a zip code is outside the delivery area, then a wire out or call out fee is charge instead of a delivery fee.

I will supply list of zip codes and deliver fee for each zip code. Zip code list will need to be editable by me or my client to add/update new zip codes to deliver to along with the associate delivery fees. I will also supply the wire out or call out fee which needs to be edible by client or me.

I will provide access to a test site for coding and testing.

Must have experience in Wordpress, PHP and Woocommerce experience please. I would be wiling to accept a higher budget if you can convince me that the job will take longer than 3 to 5 hours coding.
