I need video presentation for my business

Hello, i'm running trade company and since it is end of the year i had to present our 2011 year success to our business partners, i need some very well designed presentation, which will include video, % charts, images, sound effects, text and slide switching effects.
I'm paying good for this job, and i need it done before Friday, so please if you are not able to do it before Friday, do not try to get this job.
