I need two Javascipt issues resolving

I am currently working on a website that is experiencing two Javascript issues:-

1) There is a conflict between two plugins that need resolving so that they both function correctly.

2) I have this error within the theme files, this needs resolving:

there is an undefined error in line :
jQuery.fn.mColorPicker.defaults.imageFolder = theme_admin_assets_uri + “/images/mColorPicker/”;
theme_admin_assets_uri is not defined.

I am looking for someone quick who can fix these problems ASAP. If you do a good job I hope to refer to you in future for any other Javascript issues I have.
