I need to revise a brochure

Design details: Need revisions to existing brochure.
1. Change tri-fold to bi-fold - delete far left page on outside - delete far right page on inside
2. change "bethea, gillette johnson phelps" logo to attached "Gillette Phelps" logo.
3. Change email address to kphelps@gillettephelps.com
4. Change address to 7227 E. Baseline Road, Suite 103, Mesa, AZ 85203
5. Add attached "Weech Financial" logo to p.1 prominently
6. Add this language tastefully to back page: "Tax Season Special: 20% off Estate Plan or Estate Plan Updates"
7. Anywhere it says "me" or "I" please change to "we" or "us"
as appropriate.
8. Under "RELATIONSHIP MODEL" heading, change content to read: "Our clients appreciate our fixed fee model. Gillette Phelps estate planning clients are not "nickel and dimed" for emails and phone calls with their attorney."
