I need to have few features built in magento

Hi Sanjay,

I need few features built in for my website (Digital Downloads Completely) in magento

1. For each product a new Page
2. Mail digital Product (say ebook) to user email id, if he is guest and first time user
3. if Aavailed point 2 should be redirected to Registration Page with Social Login
4. Registered User will be allowed to have 2 (or any other number) more free downloads
5. Once free Limit is over; Requires to pay
